Welcome to K Fitness -

Here at K Fitness we provide kids gymnastics ,kids aerial yoga ,personal training ,over 40’s women only weight training ,spinning ,Adults aerial yoga and senior chair exercise classes.
Our kids gymnastic classes are non -competitive and all inclusive .These classes are run by qualified and Garda vetted instructors .If you are worried or sick of telling your kids to stop doing handstands, send them to us and we will teach them to do them properly and most importantly, safely.


Aerial yoga is a fantastic class ,learn to flip and do tricks in a safe environment, the hammock is suspended from the ceiling ,its a mix of yoga ,strength ,Pilates .A full body workout. A must -do class.
Kelly is a fully qualified personal trainer with many years experience, she is also mum to twins ,an ultra mountain runner who has competed in many races in Ireland and Europe. She is passionate about women’s health and fitness.


Our over 40’s women’s weight class is designed just for women. As women get older the importance of strength training cannot be overlooked .It has been proven in many studies that weight bearing exercises have a positive impact on peri and post menopausal women .It is also common for women to loose confidence and gyms can be intimidating for many ,our classes are for like minded women who want to improve their health and mental fitness.
Our seniors class (kindly sponsored by Blackrock Community Centre ) is an exercise class for all abilities. We use chairs where needed and work on functional fitness, balance ,standing ,sitting and light weight training ,this 30 minute class is followed by tea and coffee. This social aspect of the class is as important for some as the exercise class.

- 7pm Anti gravity Yoga

Wednesday

6PM - Spin

7 & 8pm- - Over 40s Women Strength Class
